Jeffrey Silva, BCBA
With more than 17 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across home, clinic, school, and community settings, Jeffrey is deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral services that emphasize collaboration with families for individualized care. He holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2012, bringing both advanced clinical knowledge and real-world leadership experience to the families he serves.
Through his career, Jeffrey has developed a passion and expertise for helping children, adults, and their caregivers continue to grow where comprehensive early intervention leaves off. This includes advanced parent support, school readiness skills, job readiness skills, decreasing challenging behavior in the home and community, and all areas of support needed that arise. His approach centers on collaboration, strengthening functional skills, and empowering caregivers with practical strategies that promote meaningful and lasting change.
Jeffrey believes that behavioral services are most effective when caregivers feel confident and supported. Known for his professionalism, empathy, and collaborative spirit, he blends evidence-based practices with a practical, family-centered approach. His goal is to help children build independence and functional skills while ensuring parents and teams have the tools they need to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
