Assessment

Every child has a story, and we want to hear yours. We start by looking at your child’s world—how they communicate, play, and handle daily tasks—to celebrate their strengths and identify where they need a helping hand. We’ll sit down with you to learn about your family’s routines and the milestones that mean the most to you. From there, we create a personalized roadmap with clear steps to help your child grow more independent and confident every day.

Caregiver Coaching

Parenting can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. When receiving caregiver coaching, you'll work side-by-side with your BCBA in your own environment. We’re there with you to help troubleshoot difficult moments as they happen. Our goal is to give you the tools and confidence you need to lead your child’s progress, so you feel empowered long after our session ends.

Direct 1:1 Services

Your child deserves the best! In this unique model, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides focused direct 1:1 services. This means your child receives 100% of their care from a highly trained specialist who understands their nuances and can adjust the plan in real-time. We focus on high-impact goals that are tailored to your daily life and designed to help your child thrive.

School Consultation

We partner with you and school staff to make the classroom a place where your child can thrive socially and academically. The process starts with observing the school environment and collaborating directly with teachers to build supportive, individualized strategies. Whether it’s creating a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) or training staff on positive reinforcement, we help create a structured space that respects your child’s needs. School consultation requires school and funder approval.

Private Pay Services

Private pay is not just a type of funding, it is a treatment model.  Private pay services allow for the maximum autonomy and individualization of services. Insurance funders require that all services provided follow a medical model, prohibiting targeting some goals and concerns, including independent living skills such as meal prep, job readiness skills, chores, or academic support.

When receiving private pay services, the program is 100% tailored to the individual and family's needs. The BCBA, individual, and family work together to determine what goals are the most significant and impactful, whether it’s something like making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or learning to live skills necessary to live independently or pursue a job. Through private pay services, you are in the driver’s seat, along with your BCBA.
